For this architecture contest, we worked on the design of a new urban space, transforming a former military area into a vibrant, nature-connected community. Our approach combined thoughtful architectural design with a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate the brand identity of both the buildings and the overall space. The design focused on creating sustainable, modern buildings that seamlessly integrated with the surrounding natural environment. In addition to the architectural work, we developed a full suite of marketing tools - branding, promotional materials, and visual assets - to communicate the project's vision and attract future residents. The goal was to create a space where people can thrive, living in harmony with nature while enjoying a contemporary, urban lifestyle.

For the "Beat" project, we developed a comprehensive strategy to position the new urban space as a vibrant, nature-connected community.

 

Our work included designing a tailored social media strategy to effectively engage potential residents and stakeholders, showcasing the unique features of the development and its integration with nature. We also created BTL (Below the Line) marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and other promotional items, to highlight the project's key messages and attract attention through targeted, direct communication.

 

Additionally, we designed a cohesive general layout for the entire project, ensuring that the architecture and surrounding spaces were presented in a way that reflected the project's modern yet eco-friendly vision. The combination of strategic marketing, creative design, and a strong visual identity helped position "Beat" as a desirable, forward-thinking living environment.
