ENEL Concept Store

In January 2024, ENEL Spa approached our studio with an exciting challenge: to redesign the interiors of their 1,500 stores across Italy. The goal was clear: create a fresh, distinctive space that would set ENEL apart from its competitors, whose stores often felt indistinguishable.

In the first phase of the project, we focused not only on aesthetic key points but also on optimizing the User Experience. We carefully analyzed the entire customer journey, mapping out every step a visitor would take from the moment they entered the store. This thorough analysis allowed us to design spaces that guide the customer seamlessly through the store, ensuring an intuitive and enjoyable experience.

We embraced this opportunity to rethink the customer experience. Our concept was both bold and welcoming, aiming to make each store feel like a home away from home.

 

Central to our design was the use of a warm, inviting ambiance that contrasted with the cold, industrial feel often found in stores. To make ENEL’s identity unmistakably recognizable, we introduced giant illuminated walls, bathed in the brand’s signature Magenta color, creating a vibrant and unique visual presence that stood out in any shopping district.

Each store also features a striking technological wall, designed to showcase ENEL’s main products in an eye-catching, modern display. These walls are not only functional but serve as a focal point, highlighting the innovation at the core of ENEL’s offerings. With this redesign, we transformed each store into a space that blends technology, comfort, and brand identity, offering a shopping experience that is both engaging and memorable.
